Airline Reservation/Ticketing

     Airline reservation and Ticketing agents typically works in an office environment, inside the airport (the airline check-in canter) or outside the airport for a specific airline regulations, help customers make travel plans, help in packaging of reservation of documents( VISA, passport and more...) And work with computers to resolve problems. The professionals in the department shall be exposed to computer training for general use of various computer based reservation systems in aviation industry e.g SABRE, AMADEOUS and GALILIO an d general airline reservation systems.

IATA/FIATA Training

     International Air Transport Association (IATA) and The International Federation of Freight Forwarders Association (FIATA). Are non- governmental international body, which deal with the transportation and commerce of people and cargo respectively.
