Airline reservation and Ticketing agents typically works in an office environment, inside the airport (the airline check-in canter) or outside the airport for a specific airline regulations, help customers make travel plans, help in packaging of reservation of documents( VISA, passport and more...) And work with computers to resolve problems. The professionals in the department shall be exposed to computer training for general use of various computer based reservation systems in aviation industry e.g SABRE, AMADEOUS and GALILIO an d general airline reservation systems.

The goal is to provide a single source of customer information, such as product availability and order status. The process of planning and coordinating the event is usually referred to as event planning and which can include budgeting, scheduling, site selection, acquiring necessary permits, coordinating transportation and parking, arranging for speakers or entertainers, arranging decor, event security, catering, coordinating with third party vendors, and emergency plans. Each event is different in its nature so process of planning & execution of each event differs on basis of type of event.
